家庭环境与儿童行为问题关系的研究

摘　　要：目的对家庭环境与儿童行为问题之间的关系进行探讨,从而采取有效措施以减少儿童行为问题的发生。方法对2010年3月～2012年3月九江市某小学8～12岁的436例儿童进行问卷调查,所用调查表为Moss家庭环境量表和Achenach儿童行为量表(CBCL)。并从儿童行为问题的检出率、健全家庭与非健全家庭儿童行为问题的比较以及父母文化水平等方面对两者关系作出评价。结果 436例儿童中有68例至少有1种行为问题,总检出率为15.60%;非健全家庭儿童,父母文化水平较低,家庭矛盾较大,组织性或娱乐性较低的家庭儿童行为问题发生率高。结论儿童行为问题的发生多与家庭、父母文化水平、家庭矛盾等有关,家庭环境的不同对儿童的影响较大。Objective To explore the relationship between home environment and child behavior problems,and take effective measures to tackle the targeted issues in order to reduce the occurrence of behavior problems.Methods 436 children at ages of 8 to 12 from March 2010 to March 2012 in an elementary school in Jiujiang city were selected and carried out questionnaire survey.The questionnaire was composed of Moss home environment scale and Achenach child behavior checklist（CBCL）.The relationship between home environment and child behavior problems was evaluated based on the aspects of detection rate of child behavior problems,comparison of child behavior problems in sound family and dysfunctional family,and educational levels of patents.Results 68 out of 436 children had at least one behavior problem,which accounted for 15.60%.The incidence of child behavior problems was much higher in the following con ditions included dysfunctional family,lower educational levels of parents＇ family,family with larger conflict,lower orga nization and entertainment family.Conclusion The occurrence of child behavior problems mostly relates to family,edu cational levels of parents,and family conflict.The varied home environment has a great influence on child behavior.
