经口70°鼻内镜辅助下腺样体切除术126例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨经口70°鼻内镜辅助下腺样体切除术的疗效和优点。方法选择腺样体肥大患者共126例,均在经口70°鼻内镜辅助下切除肥大的腺样体。结果术后腺样体均彻底切除,无术后出血、无咽鼓管损伤等并发症,术后随访0.5～2.0年,鼻塞、流脓涕、张口呼吸及打鼾、听力下降等症状与手术前后比较明显改善。结论经口70°鼻内镜辅助下腺样体切除术中显示术野清楚,切除范围更精确,使手术更安全,保证了手术疗效。Objective To explore the clinical effects and merit of adenoidectomy with 70°nasal endoscope by mouth.Methods 126 cases with adenoid hypertrophy were treated with adenoidectomy with 70 ° nasal endoscope by mouth.Results There were no postoperative complications,for instance postoperative hemorrhage,residuum of adenoids and eu stachian tube surgical trauma in all cases.With 0.5 to 2.0 years of follow-up,the symptoms of nasal obstruction,hearing descent,mouth breathing and snoring in all of these patients improved obviously compared with preoperative one.Conclusion Adenoidectomy through nasal endoscope by mouth could get the clear operating field and improve the cu rative effect,safety and accuracy of the operation.
