摘　　要：采用晶体管3DG6作为温度传感探头,与电压/频率转换器及单片机组成的温度自动补偿测量电路方案,具有电路简单、测量精度高、调校简便、实用廉价等特点。Using the transistor 3DG6 as the temperature sensing probe, the circuit solution of automatic temperature compensation composed with Voltage/frequency converters and microcontroller is provided. There are some characteristics of the solution such as simple circuit, high precision measurement, simple adjustment, practical and cheap.
