摘　　要：针对两台CF-62钢制球罐焊缝和热影响区表面磁粉检测项目中所发现的表面裂纹，产生的原因进行了分析和探讨通过球罐历次检验报告对比、运行记录检查、腐蚀分析、缺陷部位的评定。According to the surface crack found through the test to the weld-seams of two CF-62 steel propylene spherical tanks and HAZ surface magnetic powder, this essay makes an analysis and discussion of the cause. Through comparing the previous propylene spherical tank test reports, checking the running record, analyzing the corrosion, evaluating of defective parts, it shows that the crack is caused by the hydrogen sulfide stress corrosion. It offers a proposal of preventive treatment and the disposal of the weld-seams crack ofpropylene spherical tanks.
