安阳市宜居城市建设与城市功能优化研究

摘　　要：依据宜居城市的内涵，建立评价指标体系。运用主成分分析法，对安阳市近10年来的反映城市宜居程度的统计资料进行分析和评价，得出城市宜居程度的主要影响因素和变化规律。选取反映城市功能的评价指标，计算城市功能参数，建立宜居城市与城市功能关系模型。经定量与定性相结合分析可知，城市的宜居程度与城市功能之间有很强的相关性。根据宜居城市建设的主要影响因素，提出安阳市宜居城市建设与城市功能优化的对策。Index evaluation system is set up on the basis of the connotation of livable city. This paper has analyzed and then evaluated the statistical data of livable city in the recent 10 years and then has concluded the influencing factors and varying patterns of livable city. Choose the evaluation index reflecting the city function, then calculate out the city function, and set up the relation model between the livable city and the city function. According to the quantity and quality analysis, the livable city and the city function are closely connected. According to the most influential factors in building the livable city, solutions of turning Anyang into the most the livable city and optimizing its city function are proposed.
