摘  要:采用高频红外分析仪利用CO2与SO2对红外线的选择性吸收这一原理,测定地质样品中C、S。精密度采用测定国家一级标准物质,C的ESD%范围从2,47%~8.5%,S的ESD%范围从2.95%~5.9%;准确度同样采用国家一级标准物质,C的BE%范围从~5.35%~1.78%,S的RE%范围从-2.4%~4.1%;C的最低检出限为0.5709%,S的最低检出限为0.0103%。高频红外碳硫分析仪测定地质样品中C、S时,数据稳定,检出限低。Measure the carbon and sulphur in geological samples with the C-S Analyzer under the framework that CO2 and SO2 absorb the infrared rays selectively. According to the precision measurement of the national first-standard substance, the RSD % of C ranges from 2.47% to 8.5%, while the RSD % of S ranges from 2.95% to 3.9%. And according to the accuracy measurement of the national first-standard substance, the RSD % of C ranges from -3.33% to 1.78%, while the RSD % of S ranges from -2.4% to 4.1%. The lowest detection limit of C is 0.5709% and the lowest detection limit of S is 0.0103%. When measuring the carbon and sulphur in geological samples with the CS Analyzer, the result data is stable and the detection limit is low.
