摘　　要：地籍管理是土地管理的核心，是国家行政管理措施之一，是强化土地管理的基础性工作。近些年来，随着信息技术的发展，以文件管理空间数据的方式已不能满足当前地籍管理信息系统应用的需要，而空间数据库技术及其应用研究是当前地籍管理信息系统的热点。本文以空间数据库技术为基础，对地籍管理信息的构建基础、设计原则及主要功能做一些初步的探讨。Cadastre management is the core of land management, one of the national administrative measures and the groundwork in strengthening land management. With the development of information technology in recent years, managing spatial data in files cannot meet the needs in the current application of local cadastral management system. Consequently, the spatial database technology and its application research becomes a hotspot. The construction basis, design principles and major functions of the cadastral management information system are discussed in the paper based on the spatial database technology.
