摘　　要：从本源意义上讲,所有城市病都可以归根于第二次和第三次工业革命以来城市化发展的三大动力——集中化经营方式、化石能源机制和城市内循环机制。云计算为企业经营方式和城市内部循环机制的改进提供了技术性变革的契机。云计算产业的战略价值在于它实质上改变了其他产业的传统组织方式、决策方式和经营方式,对我国支柱产业升级、产业结构调整,尤其是工业化和城市化模式变革等产生深远影响。云制造代表了第四次工业革命的基本方向,它从全新视角重新诠释了以坚实的制造业为核心的工业化发展模式的内涵,也意味着城市逆膨胀化发展成为可能。分散式"众核型"城市发展空间模式,有助于实现区域均衡与城市健康的良性互动发展。From the original sense,all the urban diseases can be rooted in the three motives of urbanized development after the second industrial revolution and the third revolution.The three motives are centralized operation mode,fossil energy mechanism and city intrinsic circle mechanism.Cloud computing provides an opportunity of technological change for enterprise operation mode and improvement of city intrinsic circle mechanism.The strategic value of cloud computing industry lies in that il essentially changed the traditional organization mode,decision-making mode and operation mode of other industries.At the same time,it produced far-reaching effect on upgrading of major industry and adjustment of industrial structure of our countries,especially on the mode reform of industrialization and urbanization.Cloud manufacturing represents the basic direction of the fourth industrial revolution.It explains the concept of industrialized development mode centering on solid manufacturing from a brand new perspective,which also means the possibility of city counter-expansion development.Distributed ' many-core type' space model of city development may contribute to the realization of virtuous interactive development between regional balance and city health.
