摘 要:游梁式抽油机最佳的平衡方法是功率法,由于需要电动机功率分析仪,不便于现场实施,因此研究电流平衡法与功率平衡法的转化关系有重要意义。根据抽油机平衡原理建立动力学分析数学模型及电动机负载关系分析模型,确定了常规游梁式抽油机在功率平衡度为1的条件下,电流平衡度的最佳区间为0.65~0.75,同时在电流平衡法下研究了曲柄平衡重量化调整方法。现场试验表明:抽油机有功节电率可达1%以上,平衡重1次调整准确率100%。为电流法调整抽油机平衡提供了试验及理论依据。The best method to adjust the balance of the pumping unit is power method, and it is not convenient for field implementation because of the need of motor power analyzer. The conversion between the method of electric current and the method of power are studied in this paper. Accord- ing to the balance principle of pumping unit, the pumping unit dynamic analysis mathematical model and the motor load characteristic analysis mathematical model are built up. Under the con- dition of the power balance degree equals to 1, the best interval of conventional pumping unit elec- tric current balance degree is 0.65-0.75. At the same time,accurate method for counterbalance adjustment on the basis of the method of electric current are studied as well. Field test and the re- sult of study show that the active power is saved more than 1%, compared with the original stand- ard and the accuracy rate of balance adjustment,which is finished by one step reaching to 100%. For the current method of adjusting the balance of pumping unit,it provides the experimental and theoretical basic.
