摘 要:在气体钻井过程中,钻柱截面的变化会使高速气流产生涡旋,诱发钻柱振动,影响钻井安全。通过对气体环空流速与压力的计算,模拟得到气体对钻具的冲击作用规律以及气体排量对振动频率的影响。结果表明:钻柱在高速流体的作用下发生了变形,变形最大值均在拐点处;钻柱的各阶纵向振动频率和横向振动频率随注气量增加而增大,对高阶频率的影响较大,对低阶频率的影响较小。During the gas drilling process,the high speed air stream will produce due to drill string sectional changes scroll, and then induced vibration of the drill string. The vibration of the drill string will lead to instability in the drill string,impacting drilling safety. Through the calculation of the flow rate and pressure of the gas annulus, so as to analyze the simulated gas drilling tools impact the role of the law as well as the gas displacement vibration frequency. The simulation re- suits show that the drill string being in the effect of high-speed fluid,deformation occurs,deform- ation maximum being on inflection point;the frequency of the longitudinal vibration and lateral vi- bration frequency on the drill string order increases with the increase of gas injection, but the fre- quency increase of the different orders in value is different, the influence of the higher-order fre- quency is high,and a relatively small impact on low-end frequency.
