摘　　要：在裸眼封隔器分段压裂工艺中,为使下入的工艺管柱能与送入管柱顺利脱开,研制了双功能丢手工具。该丢手工具具有投球加压丢手和正转丢手2种功能,降低了由于丢手不成功而导致复杂井下事故的风险。介绍了该工具的结构、工作原理,并校核了关键部件的强度。现场应用12口井,丢手成功率100%。To make the top drill pipe decouple with the lower fracturing string in the open hole packer fracturing technology,a double-function safety joint has been developed. The safety joint is designed controlled by putting suitable ball and pressuring,it can also be done by direct circula tion rotating. By using these two ways for releasing,the possibility of the down lnole accident has been reduced. In the article,the construction and operating principle of the joint are introduced, and the strength of key is checked. Finally,the tool was used in 12 wells,and all the separate layer strings were released successfully.
