摘  要:针对压力容器检验依赖经验性强的特点,开发了压力容器检验决策支持与数据评价系统,引入知识库系统,研究了知识库的结构、数据存储方式和推理方式,实现了压力容器检验方案的智能编制和检验结果的自动评价,同时,通过检验结果统计分析功能实现了检验案例的自动生成以及同类设备的安全隐患预警功能,很大程度上提高了压力容器检验管理的科学性。Considering the fact that pressure vessel inspection mainly depends on the experience of inspectors,a decision support and data evaluation system for the pressure vessel inspection was developed,including the research of the structure of the knowledge base and data access mode based on the knowledge base system introduced so as to realize the intelligent preparation of the pressure vessel inspection scheme and automatic evaluation of the inspection results;meanwhile,through statistical analysis of inspection results,the auto-generation of the test cases and the early-warning of potential risk of similar equipment were achieved to greatly improve the scientific management of the pressure vessel inspection.
