摘 要:提出了使用纵向直翅片管代替光管来缓解积灰。采用流体力学软件Fluent分别对光管管束和直翅片管束进行数值模拟,对比其流场特性。结果表明:在光管背风区会产生负压尾涡区,灰尘易被卷入涡区,而直翅片管的外形更接近流线,边界层分离点明显后移,并且直翅片对尾涡区还有一定的分隔作用,颗粒被气流卷吸的强度明显小于光管,故很好地阻碍了积灰的产生。Replacing the light tube with longitudinal finned tube to alleviate the fouling was proposed. Having the bundles of light tube and straight finned tube simulated with the Fluent and then having their flow field characteristics compared show that the negative pressure wake vortex easily occurs in the light tube' s leeward areas along with dust, and the shape of straight finned tube becomes closer to streamline, and its separation point of the boundary layer shifts backward significantly, in addition, the straight fin can divide the vortex area, and the strength of dust' s entrainment by airflow is significantly less than light tube, this can prevent the fouling occurrence.
