摘　　要：为选育药膳同源的多倍体菜用枸杞新品种,以软枝型二倍体枸杞昌选1号为诱变材料,其干种子用0.05%秋水仙素和2%二甲基亚砜混合水溶液间歇处理,通过M1自交及M2选择,选育到染色体倍性优势强大、对瘿螨免疫、高抗白粉病和根腐病、营养品质和药用品质优异的天精3号,该品种属于多倍混倍体,2009年10月通过了同行专家的鉴定。In order to select and breed new polyploidy Lycium Chinense Miller cultivars used as medicine and food,the seeds of diploid wolfberry Changxuan 1,soft branch type,were intermittently treated in the mixed solution of 0.05% colchicine and 2% dimethyl sulfoxide.Through M1 selfed and M2 selection,Tianjing 3,a polyploidy Lycium Chinense Miller cultivar,was successfully developed.Tianjing 3 not only possessed powerful chromosome polyploidy growth superiority but also had the characteristics of immunity to aceria pallida keifer,highly resistance to powdery mildew and root rot,excellent nutritional value and health care functions.The cultivar got through the identification of experts in the field in October 2009.
