摘　　要：2012年,面对复杂严峻的国内外经济形势,广西着力稳增长、促转型、扩内需、抓改革、促开放、惠民生、保稳定,保持了经济平稳较快发展的势头。金融业总体保持了持续健康发展的良好态势,金融改革成效显著,金融市场功能日益完善,金融基础设施建设稳步推进,金融生态环境持续优化。2012年广西仍属于金融稳定状况较好地区,但金融稳定综合评价值近五年来首次出现下降,表明在复杂严峻的经济形势下,广西金融稳定总体状况有所下滑,风险抵御能力有待进一步提高。In 2012, confronted with complex and severe economic situation at home and abroad, Guangxi aimed at steady growth, promoted restructuring, expanded domestic demand, focused on reform, improved people＇ s livelihood, maintained stability, and kept the situation of stable and rapid economic development. Financial industry developed healthy and steadily on the whole. Financial institution reform achieved significant results. Financial market functions became perfect day by day. Financial infrastructure construction carried forward steadily. Financial ecological environment optimized continuously. Guangxi still fitted in the relatively stable area in 2012, but the comprehensive score for financial stability decreased first in the past five years, which demonstrated that the regional financial stability situation in Guangxi declined in the complex and severe economic situation and the ability of its risk resilience needed to improve.
