摘  要:化石燃料燃烧释放的CO2造成全球气候变暖,将火电厂烟道气中的CO2捕捉并将其进行封存是减少CO2排放的有效途径,该项技术具有广阔的应用前景。一乙醇胺(MEA)法可能在烟道气CO2捕集中居于主导地位,但MEA降解引起的发泡、腐蚀及降低吸收能力等问题严重影响系统的稳定性,并增加系统的运行成本。本文综述了MEA降解机理的研究进展,这将为研发控制MEA降解技术提供理论指导。Carbon dioxide emissions from fossil fuel combustion are a major contributor to climate change. One efficient strategy, which has great potential of application for reducing CO2 emissions in future, is to capture the CO2 derived from large point source (such as fossil fuel-fired power plants) and store it in a suitable place. Amine scrubbing using monoethanolamine (MEA) will be probably the dominate technology for CO2 capture, but MEA degradation that causes foaming of solution, corrosion and the lost of absorbent, may affect the stability of the system and increase the operating cost. This paper has summarized the research on the degradation of MEA, and it will provide a theoretical guidance for formulating a prevention strategy.
