摘  要:由于蓄电池在涂板过程中产生大量的余膏,为提高蓄电池生产材料的利用率,保证成品电池的质量,在正常铅膏中需找出合适的添加余膏比例。本文通过对负极铅膏添加不同比例的余膏进行试验,得出在和制负极铅膏时添加质量分数占5%的沉淀池铅膏较为合适,以此膏制备的极板组装成成品电池,电池的容量、起动性能、寿命均可达到国家标准。A large amounts of residual lead paste would be produced in the pasting process. We need to find the right proportion of added residual paste to normal lead paste, in order to improve the material utilization, at the same time ensure the quality of lead-acid batteries. The results of test for different proportion of residual paste to negative paste shows that it was appropriate in the 5 % proportion of residual paste in the sedimentation tank to lead paste of negative plate. The lead-acid batteries with such lead paste can meet the requirements of national standards in the matter of capacity, starting performance and life.
