摘　　要：为进一步提高"七城会"后场馆的使用质量和效益,采用文献资料法、实地调查法等方法,深入分析"七城会"后主要场馆的运营现状及影响因素。了解到赛后场馆运营存在着资源闲置、经营滞后、亏损严重等许多问题,希望通过创新运营方法和理念,积极融入城市,把体育和休闲娱乐相结合的综合服务等措施和政策,充分发挥场馆的多元化作用,不断提高场馆的运营水平等。To improve the use quality and benefit after the 7th National City Games, using the methods of literature survey and field investigation, the article in - depth analyzed the current situation and constrained factors in the 7th National City Games for primary stadium. Knowing that it includes idle resources opera- tional, management lag and serious loss problems, etc. It bopes that through innovation operation method, the enrichment of city life and taking the combination of sports and leisure entertainment integrated service measures and policy and giving full play to the rote of the stadiums of diversification, continuously improving the operational perfformance stadiums.
