河北卫视文化类节目的生存状况及其启示

摘　　要：河北卫视在2011年8月的改版中推出了包含四档栏目的文化类节目带,分别从文化、知识、道德和信念四个角度来诠释文化和精神的力量。但经过一年多的试水,大制作、大投入的栏目带遭遇小收视、小产出的生存困境,这背后的原因并非电视不适合做文化节目,而是由于此栏目带自身存在诸多问题,这包括缺乏长远的规划意识、人才梯队建设薄弱、节目样式陈旧单一、没有形成独特的风格以及不合理的栏目评价机制。With the revision of Hebei Satellite Television program on August,2011,it introduces cultural program band containing four-grade columns which interpret the cultural and spiritual power from the perspectives of culture and knowledge as well as the perspectives of moral and belief.However,after one year attempt,the program band with great efforts and big investment is subjected to survival difficult situation.Instead of the fact that TV is not suitable for cultural programs,this can be attributed to a great deal of questions existing in itself,including lack of long-term planning awareness,poor construction of talent echelon,old and single program style as well as lack of unique characteristic and unreasonable evaluation mechanism.
