摘 要:目的:观察四逆汤对脾阳虚、肾阳虚、心阳虚大鼠线粒体MDA/GSH-px的影响,揭示四逆汤的抗氧化机制。方法:将SPF级SD大鼠140只,随机分为7组:正常对照组、肾阳虚模型组、脾阳虚模型组、心阳虚模型组、肾阳虚干预组、脾阳虚干预组、心阳虚干预组,每组20只。造模成功后均予四逆汤灌胃15d,测定MDA含量和GSH-px活性。结果:造模成功后,肾阳虚、心阳虚、脾阳虚模型大鼠线粒体MDA含量增高,GSH-px活性降低,GSH-px/MDA比值下降,与正常对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经四逆汤干预后,MDA含量降低,GSH-px活性增高,GSH-px/MDA比值升高,与模型组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:四逆汤具有提高机体GSH-px活力,减轻自由基损伤和抑制脂质过氧化物反应的作用。Objective: To observe the effect of sini decoction on mitochondria MDMGSH-px in rats with spleen, kidney and heart yang deficiency, and to show the antioxidant mechanism of sini decoction. Methods: One hundred and forty SPF SD rats were randomly divided into 7 groups, with 20 for each, control group, kidney yang deficiency model group, spleen yang deficiency model group, heart yang deficiency model group, kidney yang deficiency intervention group, spleen yang deficiency intervention group, and heart yang deficiency intervention group. Sini decoction was administrated for 15 days by gavage after models were established, and MDA content as well as GSH- px activity were detected. Results: In kidney yang deficiency model group, heart yang deficiency model group and spleen yang deficiency model group, mitochondria MDA content increased, GSH-px activity and GSH-Px/MDA decreased, with statistical significance compared with control group (P〈0.05). After intervened by sini decoction, MDA content decreased, GSH-px activity and GSH-Px/MDA increased, with statistical significance compared with model groups (P〈0.05). Conclusions: Sini decoction can raise GSH-px activity, decrease free radical injury, and inhibit lipid peroxide reaction.
