摘　　要：为了解决传统物业收费方式存在成本较高、效率低下、难于统计与查询等问题,需要设计出能够满足当前物业发展的收费管理系统。通过介绍物业收费现状、系统关键技术、系统分析、功能模块设计及数据库设计,运用经典JS框架EXT和Spring等相关技术完成基于JS框架的物业收费管理系统设计。该系统很好地解决了当前物业收费存在的问题,为物业管理提供了便利,促进了物业收费管理的信息化。In order to solve high cost, low efficiency of the traditional property charge method, it is difficult to statistics and tiuery, etc. , and needs to design the property development fee management system. This paper introduces the property management fees present situation, the key technology, system analysis, function module design and database design, using the classical JS framework EXT, Spring and related technology completes property fee management system design. The system is a very good solution to solve the current problems existing in the property management fees for property management, provides a convenient, and promotes the informationization of the property management fees.
