摘  要:建立了用微波消解试样,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定管输原油中Ni、Na、V的检测方法。搅拌均匀的试样通过加入硝酸后经微波消解,制备成测试溶液,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)测定其中Ni、Na、V的含量。方法回收率在93%~100%之间,相对标准偏差在3.08%~10.30%之间,方法满足口岸进口管输原油中Ni、Na、V快速测定的要求。A method was established for detecting sodium, nickel and vanadium in pipeline transportation crude oil by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma emission spectrome- try. Nitric acid was added in uniform sample, then the solution was prepared by microwave di- gestion. Sodium, nickel and vanadium contents in solution were determined by inductively cou pied plasma emission spectrometry. The recovery is between 93%--100% by this method, rela- tive standard deviation is between 3.08%--10.30%. And the method meets the requirements of sodium, nickel and vanadium rapid detection of imported pipeline transportation crude oil in port.
