摘 要:研究了浮式生产储油船(FPSO)的火灾气体(F&G)探测器布置新方法,避免了按照传统经验以及"处方式"标准来布置F&G探测器的弊端。首先结合FPSO的设计导则对其危险区域进行划分,并采用HAZID方法对FPSO的重点危险区域进行灾害识别;计算出FPSO危险区域中F&G探测器的数量进而提出两种优化布置法,并与传统经验法布置F&G探测器方案进行比较。对比分析表明:优化布置方法要优于传统经验法,不仅提高了危险区域F&G探测器的覆盖率,还加强了F&G探测的准确性,减少误警报的发生次数。A new method of fire and gas (F&G) detectors layout in Floating Production Stor age and Offloading (FPSO) vessel was introduced, which avoided the drawbacks of F&G detec- tors layout of the traditional experience and "prescription" standards. Firstly, with the FPSO de- sign guide, the dangerous zones of FPSO were divided and identified by the HAZID method. Then the numbers of F&G detectors in FPSO dangerous zones were calculated and two optimized layout methods were proposed. Finally the two proposed methods were compared with traditional experience method. The comparative analysis results showed that: the two optimized layout methods were superior to the traditional experience method, not only improving the F&G detec- tors coverage rate of dangerous zones, but also strengthening the F&G detection accuracy and re- ducing the false alarms frequency.
