摘　　要：针对信息化作战分布、同步以及协同决策指挥的需求,提出了指挥流程的构建方法和控制模型。基于态势变化、任务时限以及事件触发等机制,设计了指挥流程控制软件。通过流程定义编排、流程引擎以及流程支撑服务等模块设计,实现了指挥信息有序传递和紧密衔接。各级指挥机构和指挥部位间可加强情况掌握、处置和指挥决策,从而提高了作战指挥效率。Aimed at requirements of information warfare distribution and synchronization, and collaborative decision-making command, command workflow construction methods and control models are proposed. The command workflow control software is designed based on mechanisms of situation change, task time limit, and event trigger, etc. The command information is transmitted orderly and efficiently by models of workflow definition orchestration, workflow engine and workflow supporting services, etc. It can assist multistage command authorities and command positions in enhancing the situation awareness, the situation handling and the command decision-making, thus improving the command efficiency.
