摘　　要：为解决视频会议网络传输过程中负载变化、传输带宽不稳定与可靠视频质量等问题,提出了一种视频会议系统中带宽自适应分配方法。首先,根据视频会议特点建立了带宽自适应网络传输模型;然后,给出了基于丢包率检测的带宽自适应传输控制及其实现方法;最后,进行了试验验证。试验表明,该方法在带宽状况不稳定的条件下能够自适应改变传输带宽,有效控制丢包率。To resolve problems of contradiction among load changes, unstable transmission band-width and reliable video quality during the network transmission of the video conference, a video conferencing system bandwidth adaptive method is introduced. Firstly, an adaptive transmission model is established according to the video conferencing system feature. Meanwhile, the bandwidth adaptive control and its realizing method are given based on the packet loss rate. Finally, the experiment is conducted. Experimental results prove that the method can adaptively change the network transmission bandwidth under unstable conditions and control the packet loss rate.
