硫代硫酸钠与Unithiol并用对犬致死量芥子气中毒的治疗效果

摘　　要：犬经致死量硫芥中毒,并用硫代硫酸钠与Unithiol (DMPS)作抗毒剂,配合补液、地塞米松等辅助治疗,治疗犬存活率达90.9％(对照犬5 d内全部死亡)。治疗犬不仅症状轻,且在长达1个月观察期内,外周血WBC数始终处于正常值以上,这对研究芥子气中毒和解毒机理有新的启示。The dogs poisoned by lethal dose of sulphur mustard (SM) were treated with antidotes, sodium thiosulfate combined with unithiol (DMPS) in addition to fluid infusion, dexamethasone therapy and so on. The results showed that the survival rate of the treated dogs reached 90.9%, while 7 dogs in the control group died within 5 d after intoxication. What should be emphasized is that the dogs treated with the above-mentioned two antidotes showed fewer as well as less severe symptoms of intoxication. Moreover, the amount of WBC in peripheral blood kept above the normal value instead of falling downward throughout the one-month observation, which is of significance in understanding SM intoxication and detoxication and is worthy of further studies.
