摘　　要：本文报道了在心搏停止的供体快速联合获取肝及双肾的方法。该法能有效地缩短器官热缺血时间,同时保证各器官质量,是适合我国现状的多器官联合获取方法。The method of multiple organ procurement described by Starzl has been adopted as a worldwide standard for the heart-beating cadavers with brain death. This study was done to remove the liver and kidneys from the single donor with cardiac arrest. Infusion of cold solution in situ by puncturing the aorta with a large-calibre needle was performed for core cooling of the organs and no preliminary dissection of the liver or kidneys was required These organs could be removed without jeopardizing any of the individual organs within 10nnn. providing a feasible method for multiple organ harvesting in this country where brain death laws are not in force.
