摘　　要：对生活污水处理场的2台脱水机及其配套设施的腐蚀情况进行了分析。阐述了硫化氢对设备产生的腐蚀现象、腐蚀机理,以及由腐蚀引发的设备故障。根据腐蚀破坏形式和机理,采取了相应的防护措施,减缓了硫化氢对设备的腐蚀作用,降低了设备的故障率。Analysis was made to the corrosion situation of the 2 dehydrators and their equipped facilities in the living waste water treatment plant. The corrosion phenomenon , corrosion mechanism and equipment failure caused by corrosion were expounded. Based on the corrosion destruction forms and mechanism , corresponding protective measures were adopted , which retarded corrosion of hydrogen sulfide to equipment , and decreased equipment failure rate.
