川芎对急性脑梗塞患者脑脊液中血小板激活因子含量的影响

摘　　要：作者应用血小板激活因子(PAF)诱导血小板聚集定量分析法测定急件脑梗塞患者脑脊液中PAF含量的变化,发现急性脑梗塞患者脑脊液中PAF含量明显升高(JP<0.01):中药川芎能显著降低其PAF的含量(P<0.01),葡聚糖T_(40)对PAF含量无明显影响,表明川芎防治脑缺血与PAF降低有一定关系。The levels of platelet-activating factor (PAF) in cerebrospmal fluid (CSF) of patients with acute cerebral infarction were measured by the method of PAF-induced platelet aggregation quantitative analysis. The results indicated that the levels of PAF in CSF of patients with acute cerebral infarction were significantly increased (P<0.01) and decreased to control levels after administration of chuanxiong, but dextran T40 did not affect the levels of PAF in CSF of patients with acute cerebral infarction significantly. This suggests that the decrease of PAF has some effects on prevention and treatment of cerebral infarction.
