宿迁地区2008～2010年基本药物利用状况分析

摘　　要：本地区基本药物的销售金额和用药频度在2008～2010年逐年上升,其占总药物的比例却逐年下降。占据DDDs排名前三类的是消化道和代谢类、血液和造血类、心血管类药物,而占据金额前三位的药物是抗感染类、消化道和代谢类、血液和造血药物。按DDDs分析,该地区的基本药物使用率较高,但按金额分析,基本药物的使用率偏低。The sums and DDDs of essential drugs were increasing year by year,but the consumption proportion of essential drugs in total was declining.Drugs of alimentary tract and metabolism,blood and blood forming organs and cardiovascular system ranked the first,the second and the third places of DDDs during 2008 ~2010.The consumption sums of anti-infectives for systemic use,alimentary tract and metabolism and blood and blood forming organs ranked the top three during 2008~2010.The utilization of essential drugs in term of DDDs were in high levels in this district,but in term of consumption sums they were in low levels.
