健脾消积颗粒对脾虚大鼠MTL、GAS影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的研究健脾消积颗粒对脾虚大鼠的健脾作用机制。方法将60只大鼠中的10只作为正常组,50只用大黄液造成脾虚,造模成功后,分为健脾消高、中、低组和健脾消食丸组,分别给药14 d,处死动物,取血浆和血清,用放免法测定胃动素(MTL)和胃泌素(GAS)。结果健脾消积高组可以使脾虚大鼠的血浆MTL和血清GAS基本回升到正常水平,与模型组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);健脾消食丸、健脾消积中、低组与模型组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健脾消积颗粒对脾虚大鼠的健脾作用机制之一是使脾虚大鼠下降的MTL、GAS水平得以基本恢复所致。Objective To investigate the mechanism of tonifying spleen of Jianpi Xiaoji granule on spleen deficiency rats.Methods In 60 rats,10 animals were used as normal control,the others were modeled with the spleen deficiency induced by Da Huang,and then randomly divided into Jianpi Xiaoji granule high dose,medium dose,and low dose groups and Jianpi Xiaoshi pill group which was treated with Jianpi Xiaoji decoction or Jianpi Xiaoshi pills for 14 d.All rats were killed and MTL in plasma and GAS in serum were measured by Radioimmunoasssay.Results Jianpi Xiaoji granule high dose could make the levels of MTL in plasma and GAS in serum of rats with the spleen deficiency return to normal（P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusion One of the mechanism of Jianpi Xiaoji granule on tonifying spleen in rats with the spleen deficiency down regulates the levels of MTL in plasma and GAS in serum.
