隔药饼灸对慢性支气管炎模型大鼠血清IgG、IgA水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察隔药饼灸对慢性支气管炎模型大鼠血清免疫球蛋白G(immunoglobulin G,IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(immunoglobulin A,IgA)含量的影响,探讨隔药饼灸防治慢性支气管炎的免疫学机制。方法将48只SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、隔药饼灸组、核酪液组,每组12只。采用改良烟熏法复制慢性支气管炎大鼠模型,免疫比浊法检测血清中IgG、IgA的含量。结果隔药饼灸组和核酪液组血清IgG、IgA含量均高于模型组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。隔药饼灸组血清IgG、IgA的含量均高于核酪液组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论隔药饼灸可能通过提高慢支模型大鼠血清lgG、IgA的含量,增强机体免疫能力,从而提高机体抗感染能力。Objective To explore the effects of Herbal-cake separated moxibustion on serum immunoglobulin G（IgG） and immunoglobulin A（IgA） in chronic bronchitis.Methods 48 specific pathogen-free Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into blank group,model group,herbal-cake separated group and nuclear casein liquid group.The chronic bronchitis model was established by improved fumigation and the contents of serum IgG and IgA were tested by immunoturbidimetry.Results Compared with the model group,contents of IgG and IgA in herbal-cake separated moxibustion group and nuclear casein liquid group were significantly increased（P 0.05）.The contents of IgG and IgA in herbal-cake separated moxibustion group were higher than those of nuclear casein liquid group（P0.05）.Conclusion Herbal-cake separated moxibustion can improve contents of serum IgG and IgA in chronic bronchitis rats and has the function of improving immunity and then anti-infection ability of chronic bronchitis patients.
