摘  要:为研究催产素(OT)与应激过程的关系,本实验采用免疫组织化学(PAP)法,微机图像分析仪相对定量测定,观察了烫伤后即刻、1、2、3和4h大鼠下丘脑室旁核OT阳性细胞的变化。每只鼠取OT阳性细胞面积最大的8张切片之和作为相对总面积进行比较。结果显示对照鼠的室旁核OT阳性细胞的相对总面积为(1.51±0.13)×10~5μm^2;烫后2h鼠的相对总面积为(2.95±0.31)×10~5μm^2,比对照鼠增大了95%(P<0.01),提示OT参与应激过程。In order to investigate the possibility that oxytocin (OT) is involved in body s reaction to stress, the effects of scalding on OT-immunoreative (OT-ir) cells in the rat para ventricular nucleus (PVN) were observed immediately after scalding and 1, 2, 3, 4h postscalding by using immunocytochemical (PAP technique) method and microcomputer image analysis. The results showed that the total areas of OT-ir cells in the PVN, ie, the sum of eight largest area sections, of the control rats were (1.5±0.13) ×105μm2, and those of the rats 2h postscalding (2.95±0.31)×105μm2. The latter was increased by 95% as compared with the former (P<0.01). In this study the role of OT in body's response to stressful stimuli has been suggested.
