摘 要:利用氧指数(LOI)和锥形量热仪(CONE)探讨了微胶囊化红磷(MRP)、成碳剂(CTJ)、化学膨胀剂(IFR)复合阻燃氯丁橡胶的协同效应,通过热失重分析(TG)研究了阻燃氯丁橡胶的热失重行为。结果表明,当三者共用10份,且MRP:CTJ:IFR为3:1:1时,阻燃氯丁橡胶体系的阴燃时间为4s,同时LOI达到了44%;热释放速率只有纯CR的50%;生烟速率为纯CR的1/3,表现出一定的协同作用;在空气气氛下,三者相互促进形成碳层,抑制热释放、延长失重时间。The composition of Microencapsulated Red Phosphorous (MRP), Char acceleraote (CTJ) and Intumescent Fire Retardant (IFR) were used as the flame retardant of Neoprene rubber. The synergistic effect of the composition of MRR CTJ and IFR was investigated by Limiting Oxygen Index (L10)and Cone Calorimetry (CONE), and the themlogravimetry analysis of the flame retardant Neoprene rubber was researched by Thermogravimetry (TG). The results show that the flameless combustion time of the Neoprene rubber is 4s and the LOI reaches 44% when the amount of MRP, CTJ and IFR is 10phr together with the proportion is 3: I:I; the heat release rate and the smoke production rate are 50% and 1/3 of pure CR, respectively, and they show the synergistic effect to some extent; in air atmosphere, the three boost each other to form a carbon layer to inhibit the heat release and extend the time of weight loss.
