High Thermal Conductive and Anti-Cracking Epoxy Resin Casting Material for Dry-type Transformer

摘  要:采用氧化铝填料并以环氧-芳香胺为基体树脂制备了一种干式变压器用环氧浇注料,并对其性能与环氧酸酐-硅微粉浇注料进行对比分析。结果表明:经优化后其固化物的性能优于环氧酸酐-硅微粉浇注料的性能,其中导热系数为1.44 W/(m·K),螺栓螺母嵌件试样经-30~160℃冷热冲击10次不开裂,热变形温度为140℃,弯曲强度为190 MPa,拉伸强度为96 MPa,冲击强度为22 kJ/m2。An epoxy resin casting material for dry-type transformer was prepared by using aluminum ox- ide powder as filler and epoxy-aromatic amine as matrix resin, and its properties were compared with that of epoxy anhydride-silicone powder casting material. The results show that the properties of the cur- ing material after modification are better than that of the epoxy anhydride-silicone powder casting materi- al. The thermal conductivity of the modified curing material is 1.44 W/(m. K). No crack appears in the samples with embedded steel bolt and nut under tortion temperature is 140℃, bending strength strength is 22 kJ/m2. -30-160 ℃ heat-cool shock for ten times.
