摘  要:采用α-Al2O3粉体作为填料制备了环氧树脂复合物,研究了粉体形貌和粒径对导热系数的影响。结果表明:采用形貌呈蠕虫状或珊瑚状的粉体比形貌呈球形或准球形的粉体更有利于提高复合物的导热系数。粉体粒径小于800 nm时,复合物的导热系数随粉体粒径下降而减小;粉体粒径大于800 nm后,粉体粒径对复合物导热系数的影响不大。An epoxy resin composite filled with ct-A1203 powder was prepared, and the effects of powder morphology and particle size on the thermal conductivity of the composite were studied. The results show that the powder particle with worm or coral shape is better than that with spherical or quasi globular shape to enhance the thermal conductivity of the composite. When the particle size of powder is smaller than 800nm, the thermal conductivity of the composite reduces with the decrease of powder size. When the particle size of powder is greater than 800nm, it has little influence on the thermal conductivity of the composite.
