羊绒纱线表面接枝及其织物性能研究

摘  要:为改善羊绒织物易毡缩、易起毛起球的服用特点,采用甲基丙烯酰胺对羊绒纱线表面接枝修饰处理,利用表面处理的纱线制织针织物,并对接枝羊绒纤维的形态结构,接枝纱线的力学性能及其织物的主要服用性能进行探讨。结果表明:接枝后羊绒纤维表面光滑程度有所提升,纱线强度变化不大,织物耐摩擦色牢度无明显变化,防缩性能得到改善,尺寸稳定性得到提升,抗起球性能有所改善。In order to improve such characteristics of cashmere fabrics as felting shrinfage and pilling, rnethacrylamide was adopted to modify surface grafting of cashmere yarn. The yarn with surface treatment was used to make knitted fabric. Besides, the morphological structure of grated cashmere fiber, mechanical property of grated yarn and main wearability of the fabric were discussed. The results showed: surface smoothness degree of cashmere fiber improved; the change in yarn intensity was little~ color fastness to rubbing of the fabric had no significant change~ the shrinkproof performance improved; dimensional stability enhanced~ anti-pilling performance imoroved.
