摘 要:针对拔白印花的真丝绸甲醛含量易超标问题,研究了印花工艺因素对甲醛含量的影响。研究表明德古林用量大是引起甲醛超标的主要原因;适当控制烘干温度和时间,可降低德古林用量,同时水洗工艺严格控制及加适量尿素,可以使产品甲醛含量达到GB 18401—2010的B类要求。因此综合考虑甲醛含量和拔白效果,其最优化工艺为控制德古林用量≤8%,尿素4%,甘油2%;台板印花机烘干时间20s,汽蒸温度102~105℃,汽蒸时间20min,平洗机水洗时,加入一定量尿素。Aiming at excessive formaldehyde content on the white discharge printing of silk, the influence of printing process factor on formaldehyde content was studied. The results showed large Decrolein dosage was the major cause of excessive formaldehyde content~ appropriate control of drying temperature and time could reduce Decrolein dosage~ meanwhile, strict control of washing process and adding appropriate amount of urea could make formaldehyde content in the product reach Class B requirements of GB 18401--2010. Therefore, through overall consideration of formaldehyde content and the effect of white discharge printing, the optimal process was as follows. Decrolein dosage8%, urea 4%, glycerol 2%, drying time of platen printing machine 20 s, steaming temperature 102 - 105℃, steaming time 20 rain; during washing with flat washing machine, certain amount of urea could be added.
