摘　　要：该文分析解读了工业和信息化部《纺织工业"十二五"发展规划》提出的三项重要工作。总结介绍了第16届全国新型纺纱学(技)术交流会上重点讨论的生产技术问题和发展方向。阐述了转杯纺、喷气涡流纺、紧密纺、赛络纺等新型纺纱技术的优势及其快速发展状况,认为新型纺纱技术与新材料结合开发新型纱线是今后纺纱行业的主要发展方向,是企业提高市场竞争力与经济效益的重要途径,并具有广阔的市场前景。This paper analyzes the three important jobs put forward by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in the 12th Five-year Development Plan of Textile Industry, sums up the problems of production technology and development direction mainly discussed in the 16th National New Spinning （Technique） Symposium and expounds the advantages of new spinning technologies （such as rotor spinning, air jet vortex spinning, compact spinning, Siro spinning） and the development status. It is believed that the development of new yarn by combining new spinning technologies and new materials is the main development direction of spinning industry in future. It is also an important way for enterprises to improve their market competitiveness and economic benefits, and it also has broad market larosoect_
