摘 要:钻井实时监控与技术决策系统是及时分析钻井施工状况、预防和减少井下事故与复杂发生、保障钻井安全的工具,具有邻井数据管理、钻井实时数据显示、钻井风险因素分析和钻井风险推理等功能。文章提出了钻井实时监控与技术决策系统的总体功能和物理架构,介绍了构成该系统的远程数据无线传输子系统、数据管理子系统、钻井风险因素分析子系统和钻井复杂事故诊断与处理子系统4个主要子系统,探讨了井下风险预测技术、风险识别技术和风险评价技术等关键技术。中国石油集团钻井工程技术研究院开发了井漏风险和地层流体侵入风险综合评价预测软件并在井上进行了应用,结果表明,该系统在预测井下事故与复杂情况方面是有效的,为进一步完善开发钻井实时监控与技术决策系统奠定了基础。The real-time drilling monitoring and technological decision-making system is a tool to make timely analysis of drilling progress,prevent and reduce downhole accidents and complexity,and ensure drilling safety.It has a number of functions,such as data management of neighboring wells,display of real-time drilling data,analysis of drilling risk factors,and drilling risk reasoning.The article comes up with the general functions and physical configuration of the real-time drilling monitoring and technological decision-making system and elaborates on the main four subsystems of this system——remote data wireless transmission subsystem,data management subsystem,drilling risk factor analysis subsystem and drilling accident and complexity diagnose and processing subsystem.The article also discusses some key technologies such as downhole risk-predicting technology,risk-identifying technology and risk-appraising technology.CNPC Drilling Research Institute has developed prediction software for integrated evaluation of well leakage risk and fluid invasion into formation,which is already put into application.The result indicates that this system is effective for prediction of downhole accident and complexity,laying a foundation for further perfection and development of the real-time drilling monitoring and technological decision-making system.
