党建进公寓构建学生党员创先争优实践载体——以南京工业职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：搭建顺应时代特点又贴近党员需求的各种载体,对于深入开展创先争优活动意义重大。本文以南京工业职业技术学院为例,根据调查发现的学生思想政治方面存在的问题及学生大部分时间在公寓度过的特点,提出以学生党建进公寓的方式构建创先争优活动的实践载体,推进学生党员创先争优,发挥学生党员先锋模范作用,加强对学生的思想政治教育。It is of great significance for furthering the competition for excellence to construct kinds of vehicles which are in line with the era and close to the party members＇ needs.This paper,taking Nanjing Institute of Industry Technology as an example,according to the problems in the ideological and political aspects of college students and the characteristics that they spend most of their time in apartment found in a survey,proposes competition for excellence activities via the student Party building in their apartments,to further the competition for excellence activities,to wield the exemplar role of the student party members and to strengthen ideological and political education for students.
