摘　　要：科技创新环境是斜技创新赖以生存和发展的空间,影响和制约着科技创新活动的质量和效率。科技创新环境包括多个要素、各个要素之间相互影响,是一种开放的复杂巨系统.在对科技创新环境的系统结构和我国科技创新环境存在的问题进行分析的基础上,建立一套适合评价科技创新环境的指标体系,以此对科技创新环境建设起到导向作用。Scientific and technological innovation environment is a physical space for the survival and devel- opment of scientific and technological innovation. It can affect and restrict the quality and efficiency of scien- tific and technological innovation activities. The scientific and technological innovation environment includes multiple elements that. affect each other and become a system.
