浅析新型城镇化背景下中小城市的建筑文化特色建设——以益阳市为例

摘　　要：随着经济的发展,城市化的弊端越发明显.分析了城市化背景下中小城市建筑文化发展的现状:传统建筑保护不当和过度保护、现代建筑存在千篇一律和缺乏社会责任意识的建筑伦理文化观等;提出了新型城镇化背景下中小城市建筑文化建设的基本思路;提出了加强监管建筑伦理道德、确定传统建筑在城市中的定位、发展地域性的城市建筑文化等建议.以益阳市为例,提出了新型城镇化背景下中小城市建筑文化建设的多项措施,以期解决现有城市发展中的部分问题.With the economic development the social ills in cities become more and more clear. This paper analyses the present conditions of the architecture cultural advance in the small and middle-sized cities the non-exact protection of the traditional culture, the same pattern of modem buildings, lack of the architectural consciousness and moral culture and the social responsibility sense etc, It submits the basic thinking of the architecture culture in small and middle-sized towns under the background of urbanization. This paper puts forward the monitoring of the architecture morality and the orientation of the traditional culture and the local town group building culture construction. Taking Yiyang city as an example the authors put forward some proposals about the architecture culture construction in order to solve some problems in the development of the existed cities under the background of newly urbanization.
