摘 要:鄱阳湖区是洪水灾害的多发地区,洪水引发的地面淹没会给该地区带来巨大的经济财产损失.为了能直观而准确地获得洪水的淹没范围并评估其灾害损失,提高鄱阳湖区的防灾减灾水平,文中基于GIS技术,在Visual Studio 2008环境下,采用种子蔓延算法和基于空间信息格网的损失评估模型,对鄱阳湖区洪水淹没损失评估系统进行了设计与实现.该系统包含的功能有洪水淹没范围计算、洪灾分布统计分析、洪灾损失评估等,从而为鄱阳湖区的防汛抗洪工作提供辅助决策依据.Poyang Lake area is a place where flood disaster occurs frequently, and me tlooo covereo grounu ,can make great economic loss to this area. In order to acquire the flood scope and evaluate the disaster loss directly and accurately, and to improve the level of disaster prevention and mitigation of Poyang Lake area, this paper analyzes the design and implementation of the flooded loss evaluation system in Poyang Lake area based on GIS and Visual Studio 2008, which adopt seed spread algorithm and loss assessment model based on spatial information grid .This system contains many functions, such as calculation of scope flood, statistics of flood distribution, flooded loss evaluation and so on. This system can provide basis for decision making for work of flood control in the Poyang Lake.
