非洛地平缓释片对社区高血压患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的评价非洛地平缓释片对社区高血压患者生活质量的影响。方法对入选的300例社区高血压患者用随机单盲法将其分为A组(口服尼群地平片)和B组(口服非洛地平缓释片),治疗24周。采用问卷调查法,应用中文版SF-36量表,对治疗前后两组患者生活质量进行评分,用SPSS 13.0软件进行统计学处理。结果 24周后,B组在生理功能、社会功能、生理职能、精神健康、情感职能、活力、总体健康7个维度方面评分明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),而在生理功能、社会功能、精神健康、情感职能、活力、总体健康6个维度方面评分明显高于A组(P<0.05)。结论非洛地平缓释片能明显改善社区高血压患者的生活质量,是治疗社区高血压患者的理想降压药物。Objectives To evaluation the effect of felodipine sustained release tablets on quality of life （QOL） of patients with hypertension in community. Methods By randomized single-blind method, 300 patients with hypertension in community were divided into A group （taking nitrendipine tablets orally） and I3 group （taking oral felodipine sustained-release tablets orally）. After treatment of 24 weeks, the life quality of the two group patients before and after treatment were graded by Chinese version of the SF-36 scale, and SPSS 13.0 software was applied for statistical analysis. Results After treatment for 24 weeks, the grades of B group patients were obviously higher than those before treatment （P%0. 05 ） in physiologyical function, social function, physical function, mental health,emotional function, general health and vitality, while the scores of 6 dimensions such as the physiological function, social function, mental health, emotional function, general health and vitality were significantly higher than those of A group （P（0.05）. Conclusions Felodipine sustained release tablet can obviously improve the quality of life of patients with hypertension in community, it is an ideal antihypertensive drug of reatment for hypertension in community.
