摘　　要：1947年8月贵州省政府设计考核委员会编订的《贵州省五年建设计划》是地方政府自发地在区域范围内的一次具有计划性、系统性的全局规划。该经济规划作为贵州省政府推动经济增长的一种政治性预期行为,其存在的社会意义在于它可能有效地解决在地区经济建设中所产生的困境,利用制度来规范各种经济利益集团,最终促使贵州经济建设进入一个有序发展的空间状态。In August 1947, Guizhou Government Design Assessment Committee edited ＂ the Five- year Construction Planning of Guizhou Province＂, which was a planned, systematic and general planning designed spontaneously by the lo- cal government within a certain scope. This article emphatically does the research from the level of the economic con- struction, analyzes thoroughly the planning points and measures of every economy sector, and sums up their characteristics. In the authors＇ opinion, as a political expected behavior to promote economic growth in Guizhou, the economic planning＇s social significance is that it could effectively solve the trouble forming in the regional economic construction and make use of formulating systems to regulate the interest groups among various economic relations, which finally helped Guizhou economic construction go into an orderly developing state.
