摘　　要：本文对艾滋病检验及诊断方法的发展进行分析,了解国内艾滋病实验室检验技术发展趋势,掌握其特性及其影响因素。通过检索有关文献,进行整理、综合分析。并科学采用AIDS合理的检测方式有助于疾病的诊断及判断病情进展。艾滋病检测方法的敏感性、特异性、快速性是艾滋病检测技术未来发展趋势。To analyze the laboratory inspective and diagnostic techniques of AIDS, refresh the development tendency, and investigate the characteristics and influencing factors of such techniques. We retrieved the related lit- eratures and analyzed the new trend in AIDS diagnosis. The AIDS virus antigen, viral immune body, viral nucleic acid, and fast examination technique helped the diagnosis of AIDS. Fast examination methods with great sensitivity and specificity are the trend for future development.
