摘 要:采用低粘度树脂部分代替乙烯基单体,研制了一种低挥发聚酯亚胺无溶剂浸渍树脂。采用红外光谱、DSC等方法对树脂的结构及特性进行了表征,并研究了其高低温交变性能和毒性。结果表明:该树脂的挥发份低、储存稳定性优异、低温固化快、介质损耗因数低、耐高低温冲击性能优异,是一种环保、低毒的高低压通用的聚酯亚胺无溶剂浸渍树脂。A low volatile polyester-imide solventless impregnating resin was prepared by using low viscosity resin partly replace vinyl monomer. The structure and properties of the resin were studied by FT-IR and DSC, and its high and low temperature resistant properties and toxicity were also studied. The results show that the resin has low volatile, excellent storage stability, excellent high and low temperature resistant properties, low dielectric loss and can fast cure at low temperature, which is a kind of environ- mental friendly and low toxic high and low voltage universal solventless impregnating resin.
