摘　　要：目的基于SCImago Journal&Country Rank(SJR)网站2011年数据分析我国医学学术影响力。方法利用SJR网站,选取2010年度发表科研论文排名前10位的国家,分别对各国医学领域论文总量、总被引、自引、篇均被引、H指数、国际合作等指标进行汇总,对我国的各类相关数据与美国、英国、日本等国进行了对比,对所涉及到的3项指标-论文的引用、H指数以及国际合作进行了讨论。结果 SJR网站中我国发表的医学论文较10年前大幅增加,列第4位;但医学论文总被引、篇均被引、H指数及与国际合作论文所占比例等均不高。结论我国在医学学术影响力方面与美国等国家仍有较大的差距。Objective To analysis the academic influence of medical field in China based on SCImago Journal ＆ Country Rank （SJR） Website. Methods Based on the data from the website of SJR, the top 10 countries with published research papers in 2010 were identified, and then analysis were conducted on the following indicators as amount of published papers, total citations, self- cited, average citation quantity, H index and international collaboration. Comparison of these indicators among China, United States, Britain, Japan and etc were carried out. Results The published medical papers of China over 10 years showed a substantial increasing and ranked the fourth ; nevertheless, the articles total citations, cited H - index and the proportion of papers with interna- tional co - operation were not correspondingly high. Conclusion There was still a comparatively long distance to go for China＇s influence in the medical academic areas compared with the United States.
