摘　　要：毛条喂入式针织人造毛皮由于花样较多,受到广大消费者的欢迎,但其产品所需要的纤维组合较复杂,在实际生产中没有统一的计算公式,原料耗用量计算误差较大。针对这一情况,结合针织人造毛皮产品的组成和生产流程,剪毛损耗的计算方法,并引入损耗系数,得出一套适合喂入式针织人造毛皮面毛用料量计算的经验公式,指出面毛用料量与成品布质量、地丝质量、剪毛损耗量及损耗系数有关。通过与实际用料量进行对比分析,证实所提出的用料计算公式对产品的用料量估算有实际意义。The sliver-fed artificial fur knitted fabrics are always popular with consumers because of the various patterns; while the calculation error of raw material consumption caused by the complex fiber combination is obvious and there aren＇t general formulas for the calculation. Based on this, the paper introduces a new empirical formula of raw material consumption suitable for sliver-fed knitted artificial fur through combining the composition and production process of that, as well as the shearing loss coefficient. The results show that the raw material consumption is related to the quality of finished fabric, ground yarn, shearing loss and loss coefficient. Comparing with the real data from production process, it points out that the formulas proposed in this paper are of real significance for estimation of raw material consumption, which bears high reliability.
